If you've seen us on social media, you may have heard of our monthly employee recognition program, the Mile High Award. This program was developed to celebrate and recognize those employees that go above and beyond in their work. Every month, each of our locations selects a winner from our on-site nomination boxes. That's right - the employees acknowledged are put up for the award by their co-workers. From the very start, it has been a priority for us to create a culture of commending hard work, noticing the contributions of others, and looking out for our team.
